Winter Wishes | A Little Wishlist

1. Topshop, £28 - I LOVE wearing skirts (even through the course of winter), I find them so comfortable and easy to wear, plus I don't get too hot in them! When I watched Tanya Burr's recent Haul video, she produced this little number and I instantly fell in love. I absolutely adore the burgundy shade and velvet texture, it conjures the image of Little Red Riding Hood frolicking through the woods on a crisp snowy day. Another thing I like about it is the fact it has hidden pockets, perfect for Miss Riding Hood to store her lipstick...

2. Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate palette, £39.50 - I've seen this being featured in a number of YouTube videos now, and every time I see it it just makes me yearn for it that little bit more. Every single shade has been perfectly designed to compliment one another (that's not a fact, just my opinion) and each one is timeless. It's the natural looks lover (i.e. me) with tons of sophistication!

3. River Island, £8 - Now that me and my partner have acquired a small family of ducks, I spend a lot of my time out in the back garden tending to their every need, and now that the months have got increasingly colder, I find my hands in desperate need of some protection against the bitter air.

I absolutely love these little cuties, you can either wear them as fingerless gloves or as mittens and they have adorable little penguins on them, perfect! :)

4. Joules, £70 - As I've probably mentioned before on here, I adore anything 'country chic', so it really is no surprise that I want this... Joules have to be one of my favourite clothing brands, they have a real sense of what the 'girl in the country' wants and everything is so brilliantly designed to combine practicality with fashion. I love the colours in this jumper (they kinda remind me of the 1940's) and the unusual one-off sleeve band, it's everything I want in a jumper, and more.

5. Topshop Lipsticks, Screen Siren, £8 and Velveteen Ribbon, £10 - Usually when the weathers changed, I tend to stick to sheer, moisturising lip products as I get quite thirsty lips, but when I saw these my heart started skip a beat. To me, they're both perfect christmasy reds (the kind of red you see on Dorothy's ruby slippers) and would spruce up any look. As far as texture goes, I would say Screen Siren is more of your typical lipstick formulation whereas Velveteen Ribbon is just that, a velvety lip lacquer, both of which are simply perfection.

I hope you enjoyed that, I know wishlists are very popular in the blogging community and some of you may be sick to death of seeing them but each is different and I hope I've managed to inspire you somewhat :)
